Garage door not closing, not opening, or opening by itself? We find the failed part, fix it, and test the door before we leave. The service call is free and you approve the price before we start. If the fix turns out to be a spring, cable, opener, or sensor, you pay that job's own price instead.

Programming is included, and 2 remotes cost $250, $50 less than buying them one at a time.

Off-Track Garage Door Repair Cost
Off track door? We readjust and rebalance it. We set the rollers back in the track, straighten or swap bent parts, and test the door so it runs smooth. Labour and parts are in one price, and you get it before we start. Don't run the opener until we get there, it bends the track more.

Garage Door Roller Replacement Cost
Roller replacement packages: 10 rollers for a 7 ft door, 12 rollers for an 8 ft door. We swap every roller in one visit, not just the loud ones, then clean the tracks and follow the door maker's lubrication instructions. Both packages work out to $25 a roller.

Weatherstripping and Bottom Seal Prices
Weather stripping for the top and sides, or a new bottom retainer and seal rubber. We remove the old weather stripping and supply and install new ones that keep out drafts and snow. The bundle covers the top, sides, bottom retainer, and seal for $500, $50 less than booking the two jobs apart.
